We have a "difficult" roof. Several other contractors either walked away, or simply never got back to us after seeing our house - steep roof, surrounded by tall trees. One began work and gave up, without ever even sending us a bill! Ready Roof was able to quickly give us options, give us a rather reasonable estimate, and then get the job done PERFECTLY. Excellent communications from Sean Crowe; hard working, courteous, prompt crew; excellent attention to detail; worked with us to solve problems that came to light as the teardown of the old roof was done. They showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do, and did it well. On time and on budget. Since the new metal roof is on, we've had a hail storm, and severe wind storms that knocked over some giant oaks. Our roof still looks perfect, no leaks, no problems. I simply cannot recommend Ready Roof highly enough! We own some rental houses, and now we're going to use Ready Roof for them as well.
DOING THE IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!
I had 3 other roofers look at my roof and they could not get anything done about my roof damage. I heard manufacturing defects , age, some hail and my Insurance only wanted to pay for half a roof. So I gave up till i saw Ready Roof doing 3 other houses in my neighborhood , They looked at it and said they would handle everything and the next thing I know the insurance is paying for the whole roof to get replaced by Ready Roof who did a great Job!!!! Thanks so much!!!!

Schaumburg Hail Damage
After storm chasers were gone, and I suspected that my Schaumburg home had Hail Damage, I talked to Josh from Ready Roof. Josh was professional, accurate and fair. He said no damage to my siding & windows but roof & gutters had damage in several places. He coordinated with my home insurance, & I had new roof & gutters in 4 weeks. Job was well done.

we had a very good family experience with ready roof back in May of 2019 the completed date for the new roof service in approximately October of 19 everything was satisfactory except I never got my finder's fee $200 from the project manager and I was a little disappointed of that I gave him our neighbors name and number and they did a roof also with ready roof but I never got my finder's fee for that I'm a little disappointed
